Making multicolored cupcakes ,color selection as per your choice.





Trim the edges and make it round in shape..

Arrange the cupcakes in the greased tin ,add the plain cake batter over it.


Bake this at 170 degree centigrade. Repeat this again with the same procedure, and make two cakes.


 The cake inside after you cut them  for icing

Decorate as per your choice...

Bourbon homemade biscuits...

Lets not waste the time ,here is the recipe of Homemade bourbon biscuits




Preheat your oven to 160 Degree C

Ingredients:

200 Gms Plain Flour (Maida)
100 Gms Chilled Butter Cut into Cubes
100 Gms Powdered sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2-4 Tbsp of Whole Milk
Castor Sugar to Sprinkle
1-2 Tsp Cocoa powder
Method:

Mixed all the ingredient together in a mixing bowl except the milk.
mix it by hand until the texture becomes crumby.
Add the milk 1 Tbsp at a time and mixed it. One it become a dough like structure.
Take a small sheet of greaseproof paper and a small portion of the dough roll over the paper, make it as thin like chapatti .
Cut out biscuits with a rectangular shape biscuit with the scale or cutter. Prick with a skewer all over the biscuits. Add sugar crystals over it.
Arrange these biscuits over a well - greased baking tray
Baked in a moderate oven at 160 degree C for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool the biscuits on wired rack.
Sandwich the biscuits with Chocolate cream.

For CHOCOLATE CREAM

Melt 100gm white chocolate ,add dark chocolate sauce .
mix well ,cool and apply on the baked biscuits.
